The Organizing Committee of KSOG 2026 cordially invites you to submit your abstracts. All submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and accepted abstracts will be selected for presentation in Oral, Poster, or Film Sessions.

Before submitting, please ensure you read and follow the abstract submission guidelines carefully.

  Step 01 Sign-up and Log in If you arealreadysigned-uponthiswebsite, you canusetheaccountforyour abstract submission.

  Step 02 Submit your abstract Fill out the author and abstract information and click the “Save and Next” button.

• 

  Step 03 Confirmation Letter After submission, a confirmation letter will be sent to you via e-mail.

• 

  Step 04 My Page You can review and modify your submitted abstracts on “MY PAGE” until the submission deadline.

• 

  Step 05 Acceptance Notification An acceptance notification will be sent to you via e-mail.

These guidelines are intended for general participants and do not apply to invited speakers.

• All abstracts must be submitted online through the KSOG 2026 website. Abstracts submitted by email, fax, or post will not be accepted.
• Abstracts must be written in clear English and submitted no later than July 19, 2026 (Sunday), 11:59 PM (KST).
• The abstract should be objective and concise, and include the following four sections: Background/Aim, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
• Submitted abstracts may be viewed and edited on the Abstract Submission Confirmation Page before the submission deadline.
• No proofreading or revisions will be permitted after the submission deadline. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their abstracts are free of typographical and grammatical errors before submission.
• Authors may indicate their preferred presentation type (oral, poster, or film presentation). However, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the presentation format after review of the abstracts.

• Notification of acceptance: Late August.
• Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding and presenting authors after the review process.
• If your abstract is accepted, detailed presentation instructions according to the assigned presentation type will be provided on the Presentation Information Page.

• If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by the end of Novemer 01, 2026 (Sun) (KST), the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
• If you must withdraw an abstract, please notify the KSOG 2026 Secretariat in writing as soon as possible. (abstract@ksog.org)
